PREPARATIONS for bakery. Fruit part 30% - 45% heterogeneous - all-of-a-piece fruits and berries, or their parts to 10 – 12 mm. For opened pies decoration, interlaying, layer cakes, frozen semi-prepared food.
Coctostability: Have in their structure specially formed stabilization system, which provides preparation’s stability to high temperature influence 200°С - 220°С while permanent regime 10-20 minutes.
Expiration date: 3-6 months since production date under the temperature 0°С - 20°С and relative humidity 75%, in original not opened package
Composition: Fruit and berry part, sugar, stabilizers, lemon acid Е 330, flavor, potassium-sorbate Е 202, others.
Minimum batch: 300 kg of one item.
Preparation name: lemon, apricot, wild berry, cranberry, bilberry, raspberry, black currant, cherry, strawberry.

NONTHERMOTOLERANT FRUIT FILLERS

Preparation FOR CROISSANT (filled after the baking) with corresponding taste and flavor. Evenly distributed on the surface.
Expiration date: 3-6 months since production date under the temperature 0°С - 20°С and relative humidity 75%, in original not opened package.
Raspberry, Orange, Chocolate - 6 months since production date under the temperature 4°С - 8°С and relative humidity 75%, in original not opened package.
Caramel - 60 months since production date under the temperature 0°С - 20°С and relative humidity 75%, in original not opened package
Composition: Fruit, berry puree, sugar, stabilizers, lemon acid Е 330, flavour.

FRUITS IN GEL – thick heterogeneous preparation with higher fruits and berries content, Evenly distributed on the mass. Preparation has appetizing attractive surface and bright berry color.
Application: For opened pies decoration and interlaying.
Contestability: Non coctostable.

JAM – traditional Ukrainian product, made on the basis of apple or some other fruit puree. Has not only excellent taste but also high content of fruit cellulose, characterized by a special properties while baked.
